Boston University Net Impact Undergrad aims to encourage social responsibility and sustainable practices in everyday life and business. Through speaker panels, networking events, campus-wide initiatives, and hands-on learning experiences, we hope to inspire and prepare future leaders to act responsibly and recognize their impact on society and the environment.
Housed under the Questrom School of Business, NIU focuses on the intersection of business and sustainability. Through our endeavors, we hope to encourage business students to understand the society we live in and pursue impactful of meaningful careers
Our past speakers have worked hard to promote sustainability in their respectful industries. From Panera Bread, to Tesla, to Coca-Cola, we have seen the power and ability of businesses to promote change and we hope to gear BU students towards in that direction.
On the Boston University campus, Net Impact Undergrad works on many projects with Sustainability@BU and BU Dining Services. Every semester, we co-host a Reusables Week that aims to reduce our carbon footprints and promote reusable coffee mugs and take-out boxes.
